Administrator Derby ?16,000 PA We are partnered with a company who provides financial planning advice to families and businesses throughout Derbyshire and beyond, particularly those with complex needs. As a Chartered Financial Planning firm, we work with quality clients and our standards are high. There is now an opportunity to join our busy administration team, helping to process our clients? financial transactions, keeping them up to date and making sure they have an excellent experience. This is a chance to join a successful firm and really make an impact. A background in a similar administration role within a financial advisory business will be essential. This is a full time role based in our offices in Derby. The salary and benefits package will be dependent on your experience and abilities. Responsibilities o Prepare valuations of clients? investment and pension plans o Produce new business illustrations o Submit and progress new business applications o Attend client meetings on occasion and produce attendance notes o Liaise with clients and keep them well informed o Liaise with third parties such as life companies and Investment Managers o Maintain internal registers and databases o Assist in the continual improvement of our processes Knowledge and Experience o At least 1 years? experience in a similar administration role within a financial advisory firm o Proven ability to think on your feet and come up with solutions to problems o Holding or studying towards relevant qualifications such as the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning would be an advantage o A history of being able to communicate to different types of people clearly and confidently o Excellent written work, with proven ability to prepare work without errors o Good numeracy skills with experience of using spreadsheets o Experience with providers? websites is essential.
