Working for a leading Platform business, the role is a function within Client Services Administration. Customer care is key for this client with emphasis placed on provision of service excellence and value to clients, ensuring work is right first time, every time. The central responsibilities include:
? IFA Administration - to provide Re-reg administration support to IFA businesses and IFA networks on the platform
? Customer Relations - deal with queries and requests from Financial Advisers, Administrators, Paraplanners and on occasions their clients
? New Investments - responsible for the accuracy and completeness of application requests and processing
? Business Administration - We work on SIPP, GIA, ISA and Offshore Bond wrappers as well as structured products and Model Portfolio.
Skills and Experience
? Demonstrable Re-reg (aka in-specie) knowledge and experience is essential
? Understand Model Portfolios
? Have wrap platform knowledge and/or experience
? Have Financial Service qualifications (E.g. IOC or CII)
? Have a high-level understanding of trading (this role does not involve trading, but having a high-level understanding would be beneficial)
