Our Client, a global leader in the provision of Pensions, Investment and Protection solutions has an opening for an experienced Sales Support to join their team. Based in central Bristol, you would actively support the Consultants in ensuring their Clients receive excellent levels of service.
?Working closely with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure swift identification, escalation and resolution of issues as they are identified.
?Provide high quality first line platform support to intermediaries and ensuring that it is easy to run their business using the Platform
?Provide quality support to aligned consultants, working to maximise pipeline potential to ?in force? business of on and off platform business and to include support of ad hoc initiatives.
?Point of contact for key Intermediaries when the Consultant is unavailable to assist with ?basic? pre-sale technical enquiries, research etc.
?Use day-to-day contact with Intermediaries as opportunities to target sales opportunities with consultants, and to identify to the business current trends, issues and potential development opportunities.
?Support for wider team and cover during absences.
Skills & Experience:
?Understands the IFAs business & their sales processes.
?Understand Platforms and how they fit into a modern advisor practice
?Understands the consultant?s role, their key accounts and overall business plan
?High degree of knowledge of all core products, their features and benefits
?Excellent team working skills
?Ability to work under pressure in an ever changing environment
?Results orientated whilst not compromising on quality
?Previous Sales Support experience within Financial Services is highly desirable
