Customer Service Advisor
£7 (PAYE) or £9 (ltd) per hour This is a temporary contract working for a housing association based in Nottingham. Your job as Customer Service Advisor will be to take inbound calls from customers and advise them promptly and accordingly ensuring their queries are dealt with effectively. You will be offering comprehensive advice to customers in relation to housing matters, such as rent arrears, repairs and estate management. Key skills needed for this role:Previous experience working in a call centre Excellent communications skills both written and verbalAble to deal with queries in a calm and collective manner Strong IT skills Being able to work under pressure Experience of data entry Experience of maintaining databases and spreadsheets Strong numerical skills and an understanding of financial regulations Knowledge of Nottingham area Working as the customer service advisor you will be;Taking inbound calls from customers with various queriesCalling customers to chase rent arrears and set up payment agreements Operating computerised schedules and maintaining spreadsheets Managing own workload Booking appointments and liaising with colleagues to resolve customer queries Providing housing advice to customers within the Nottingham area Providing basic debt and housing advice to local customers Processing rent payments mad by customers Undertaking any additional administrative duties This is an urgent requirement therefore we can only consider applications from candidates with the skills to match this role.
