An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Co-ordinator to join a busty team within a Housing Association in Hampshire Role: Lettings Co-ordinator Contract: until 31st March 2015 Hours: Monday-Thursday 09.00-17.00, Friday 09.00-16.30 - 37 per week Start date: ASAP Essential Requirements:Full UK drivers license with access to a vehicleExperience of working within social housing Experience of lettings (preferably within social housing) Computer skills - Word and Excel mandatory The successful candidate will deliver a responsive and customer focussed voids and lettings service to all of the Associations customers, regardless of tenure. You will assist in the delivery of performance objectives and targets in line with operational plans and service standards. Be proactive in minimise rent loss and maximise income through the effective coordination and administration of voids and lettings for properties.
