Regional Manager (Learning Disabilities) Warwickshire £36,000 Are you an experienced senior manager within Learning Disability services, based in the West Midlands and looking for a new challenge with an excellent provider of specialist residential homes and supported living services? If so, this role could be perfect for you. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the service delivery of a number of services that provide specialist treatment for adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities as well as having been a registered manager with CQC, understanding the minimum standards. You will be supported by an experienced operation team and oversee the day to day operation of services in Warwickshire, including the Line Management of the Team Leaders. You will be au fait with financial managements and operate the region to high levels of quality whilst maintaining a profitable P&L. You will be experienced in and passionate about care of those with learning disabilities as well as having in depth knowledge around current legislation, the CQC and having familiar relationships with external agencies such as commissioners, GPs and the NHS.
