Experience of collaborative working with all disciplines and agencies to deliver a child and outcome focused service is required and you will need to evidence good management skills. You will also need to have the ability to critically analyse complex cases and appropriately challenge decisions at all levels. Evidence of post qualifying professional development is essential.
